The other option is to use the provided osm2city scenery in the table above instead.You can just use these and live with slight elevation offsets. If you have WS2.0 world scenery, then it already contains osm2city buildings etc.WS3.0 has built-in support for OpenStreetMap roads, so you should not have it enabled in rendering settings. To avoid collisions you need to not have any WS2.0 airports enabled if you use these. However, if you want updated airports, checkout the global WS3.0 airports above.
